How I can help

Anxiety and panic: when worry won't switch off, or panic attacks start shaping your day.

OCD: when intrusive thoughts and the urge to check, clean or repeat things start to take over.

Depression and low mood: when everything feels like an effort and the fog won't lift.

Stress and burnout: when work pressure is costing you your sleep, health or relationships.

Sleep problems: when your mind stays on guard at night.

Weight and emotional eating: when you know what to eat, but the old habits keep coming back.

Couples therapy: when you're working out what holds you together, or whether it still does.

For organisations: talks, training and coaching to support wellbeing at work.

What working together looks like

Get in touch. Send a short message about what's going on. I usually reply the same day.

First session. We talk about what you're facing and what you'd like to change, and agree a plan together.

Regular sessions. 50-minute video sessions at times that fit around your life.

About me

I've worked in mental health since 2004 and qualified as a psychologist in 2010, working with a wide range of short- and long-term psychological difficulties through one-to-one therapy and therapeutic groups. My practice, Live Well Consulting, is now fully online, so I can work with clients across London, the UK and abroad.

My approach is integrative. I draw mainly on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and interpersonal approaches, tailored to you and what you're facing, with close attention to how relationships shape our wellbeing.

I believe therapy works best as a genuine partnership, at a pace that feels right for you, and that wellbeing comes from looking after mind and body together: a life where your values are your compass and your sense of purpose is your map.

“We all have a blind spot to our strengths when we hold a magnifying glass to our weaknesses.”
